1.Verify the qualification certificates of raw and auxiliary materials and the parameters of mold trial samples, confirm their environmental compliance and mold precision, and strictly prohibit the production with unqualified materials or molds.
After each process is completed, quality inspectors conduct random sampling in accordance with AQL standards, focus on inspecting process details, dimensional tolerances and appearance defects, rework or reject unqualified products on site, and complete inspection records.
3.Conduct a comprehensive inspection covering basic performance, process, compliance and packaging on finished products after assembly, including key dimensions such as size & functionality, process firmness, environmental indicators, and export packaging protection & marking.
4.Label qualified finished products, put them into storage by batch and issue a finished product inspection report containing batch information and test data (served as foreign trade delivery documents); classify and dispose unqualified finished products (rework for minor defects, scrap for severe defects), record problems and trace the causes to optimize production.
5.Verify that the quantity and specifications of finished products are consistent with the foreign trade contract, confirm the completeness of certification documents and quality inspection reports, and ensure compliance with export customs declaration norms.
