The client is the JING brand, which provided design drawings for two metal logo nameplates of different sizes (55×20CM, 85×35CM). They required us to efficiently complete bulk production, accurately replicate the font layout and visual proportions from the design drawings, while ensuring consistency in material texture and process details, to meet the display needs of the brand’s scenarios.
2. Custom Requirements
- Material & Appearance: Use metal material (presumed to be stainless steel/aluminum alloy) with a brushed surface to present a matte metallic texture, balancing quality and durability;
- Process & Details: Adopt etching + paint filling for text and logos; the black text must have uniform color without overflow, and strictly replicate the font layout from the design drawings (including the "JING" artistic font and the English copy "EVERY SIP TELLS A TALE");
- Size & Specifications: Precisely match the two design drawing sizes (55×20CM, 85×35CM), with rounded R corners consistent with the design drawings, ensuring the dimensional error of bulk products is ≤0.2mm;
- Core Requirements: Complete sample production and confirmation within 7 days of receiving the design drawings, and finish bulk production (including both sizes) within 20 days, ensuring both delivery efficiency and product quality meet standards.

- Bulk Standardized Production: Launch an exclusive production line, use automated laser cutting and etching equipment to ensure the dimensional error of bulk products is ≤0.2mm; randomly inspect 10% of products per batch to verify dimensions, processes, and appearance, ensuring consistent quality;
- Efficient Delivery & Packaging: Complete bulk production of both sizes within 20 days, use scratch-resistant foam liners + carton packaging, and independently protect each nameplate to meet long-distance transportation needs.
