The label design is printed or embossed onto a self-adhesive sheet of polyester or vinyl. |

Epoxy or polyurethane resin is applied after the waste from the substrate is removed. This clear liquid polyurethane dries to form a very durable, flexible finish.

Pouring a controlled amount of resin onto a background creates a domed label.
Sometimes called bubble labels or resin domed badges, the finished product will not shrink, fade or crack,
So can be incredibly long lasting. As the materials used are also very flexible, these domed labels are hugely versatile
